If your student will be in marching band in the fall, they will need to have a sports physical and fill out a blue book.

The blue book is going digital – it will be available starting on June 1st and you will fill out and sign everything online. There will be a page you print showing you signed everything as well as the page you take to the doctor for your physical – but other than that everything else stays online!

If you need to schedule a physical the athletic/football department is doing a fundraiser with Mission Hills High School. The event is June 21 at the gym at Mission Hills. There will be doctors on site doing sports physicals for $30, all proceeds will benefit both San Marcos High and Mission Hills High School. Times are located below and are for the grade your student will be in the Fall.

Seniors = 1pm
Juniors = 1:45pm
Sophomores = 2:30pm
Freshman = 3:15pm
