Physicals are held at SMHS and are $25 per student.

Physicals for June 16th will be held at Meadowlark Church, 1918 Redwing St, San Marcos, Ca 92078

All Color Guard and Knight Regiment Students are required to have the Physical form from the Athletic Clearance Packet (aka Blue Book) filled out and signed by a physician prior to the first day of SMA. Please DO NOT turn in this form to the Music Program. Blue Books must be turned in to the Front Office.
