Please know you need to be comfortable with a fast-paced environment & flexibility to be at competitions.

Provides supervision and assistance for students during color guard travel for competitions and festivals. Comfortable riding a bus, good communications and organization skills, as well as availability, to attend competitions and some evening/Saturday practices helpful.
Assists with the loading and unloading of props and band/CG equipment for competitions and performances. Comfort with a fast-paced environment, ability to organize/assign tasks and flexibility to be at competitions helpful.
A great way to get to know other band parents!
Assists with set-up/clean-up and handing out of food to students for Summer Music Academy Dinners.

Fundraising events are the backbone of the programs ability to support the Music and Color Guard Students. Each year the Board and various boosters work hard to get these events going.
We need your help!
Do you love to plan & organize? Do you have a knack for asking for auction items? Are you a photographer? Do you have graphic design skills? Do you have a new fundraising idea? The list of needs to support the programs fundraising efforts is vast. Even if you have never helped with a fundraiser before, but want to get involved in your child’s activities, THIS is the way to do it!
